Monadnock Valley - Finest Grass Fed Beef & Bison

Scattered throughout the Monadnock region is a cluster of small but historically significant farms. These farms, some of which have been in production since the early 1900s, continue to produce some of the finest, 100% all natural, grass-fed beef and bison around.
We care for our livestock, and their welfare is quite literally our business. We work hard to minimize our impact on the environment and strive to provide you with the healthiest, tastiest and most nutritious beef and bison around.

The demand for our meat often surpasses supply, so we invite you to join our mailing list. This is how we keep you updated about availability, events and special offers.

Be the first in line to enjoy eating local and sustainable 100% grass fed, all natural Beef & Bison.

Our Guarantee

Nutrious Meat

Our beef and bison are 100% grass fed and roam free on our beautiful NH pastures. Don’t be fooled by other so-called “grass fed meats” if it doesn’t say 100%, it’s not the real thing. Every factory farmed cow eats grass during the earlier stages of its life giving clever (and unsavory) marketers a loophole to trick customers into thinking they’re getting the real thing.

Sustainability

Our farms use the methods taught by Holistic Management International to improve the health and productivity of our land, ensure an amazing source of nutritious food for our animals, and minimize the impact that livestock operations have on the environment. Our ultimate goal is to ensure minimal impact and maximum benefit to the people, the land and the livestock.

The term locavore has become more than a buzzword over the past couple of years. It has become a demographic; a group of people who understand the benefits to their families, environment and communities that comes from eating local, sustainably produced food. Monadnock Valley Beef and Bison exists to provide premium, healthy meat to our area locavores.
